Follow the link below, select Payment Method and Payment Detail - Notice of Violation from menu.  Enter case number, NOV number (upper right hand corner of NOV) and fine (payment) amount.  Once you complete the online payment process, you will receive an email confirming the transaction that will serve as your receipt of payment, plea of guilty and you will not need to appear in court.

If you wish to plead not guilty, you will need to complete the Demand of Hearing request on the back of the notice and return it to our department with twenty (20) days of the date issued.

Follow the link below, select Payment Method and Payment Detail - Police Impound Fee from menu.   Enter fee (payment) amount and case number (upper right hand corner of tow form). Once you complete the online payment process, you will receive an email confirming the transaction that will need to be provided to the towing company for release of your vehicle.

If you are not waiving your right to contest the administrative fee, you will need to make the payment and then contact the police department during normal business hours at (815) 624-8881 to request a hearing.

NOTE:  ONLINE PAYMENT IS ONLY FOR VILLAGE NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS, PARKING TICKETS AND TOW FEES.  TRAFFIC CITATIONS MUST BE PAID THROUGH THE WINNEBAGO COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE.
